Exchange Policy
- Leather Luxe has a strict no-return policy on all products, except in the case of a manufacturing defect. Every item undergoes thorough inspection before dispatch to guarantee your purchase arrives in perfect condition.
- Your satisfaction is of utmost importance to us. Upon arrival of your package, it is suggested that you check the item to make sure it has been made in accordance with your order specifications. Try on your cloth as soon as possible without removing the tag. Please note that you need to contact us on our email support@leather-luxe.com to initiate the exchanging process.
- You are qualified to get an exchange if your items are defective or damaged.
- Items that do not fit properly according to the specifications you ordered can be exchanged, but you will be responsible for covering the delivery charges. Exchanges are available within 3 days of receiving the product. After this period, no exchanges will be entertained.
- Colors may appear differently due to low lighting in pictures. However, if you are certain that you have received the item in the wrong color, please contact Customer Service to inquire about the possibility of an exchange.
